Relax... It's Finally Spring

OH, happy me, spring has finally reached Vermont. The sky is blue, the sun is shining, the air is warm and my mood is much improved since its low this winter. I think I may even try to wean myself off my meds. Maybe cut in half my Lexapro, do I dare? Maybe try and sleep without the little blue butterfly? First, I must make it through till the end of the school year. June 11th. Only two dance rehearsals, two recitals, one play, one class picnic and one history final project left. And, that is just for E. Luckily, T only has one event left, the preschool end of year carnival. I don't think I can go without sleep until it is all over.

I will leave you with some signs of spring in my yard. Yes, I broke down and bought a digital camera. I love it! How did I ever live without one? By the way, I am not the gardener in the family, my husband is.

Whooooo hooooooo! Congrats on Spring and your NEW CAMERA! It's so very fun. Share more pictures and enjoy.

I hope you don't mind if I ask, but how long have you been on meds, and what makes you think it might be time to wean yourself off? How do you know it's time? I always had a goal in mind of getting off mine, but now I'm kinda wondering if I might not be better of staying on.

The purple and yellow flowers are Pansies :-)

First off, I'm glad you're feeling better. Keep it that way, OK? No one wants you to be sad!

And second, YAY for the new camera. It's a great toy, isn't it?

Yay for Spring! Yay for your beautiful yard--I do not dare show daddymatic because he would be quite jealous...

Are the purple and yellow flowers all one flower? I thought they were pansies too but now I'm not sure.

Ok, now the next step is to get a scanner. That really is as fabulous for blogging as the digital camera.

I need some greenery. How can you be on antidepressants with all that gorgeous scenery around. Oh wait, I know.

pansies = your purple & yellow flowers.

Not that I'm a mega-gardner or anything...

So proud of you for getting a digital camera. I *LOVE* mine. Love it. Love it. Love it.

Sooo jealous of all your New England foliage. I'm from New Hampshire. Miss the state flower --purple lilac. I'm out in SoCal, not too far from Baby on Bored, where I found you via comments. And you're right on -- VT cheese fricken rocks. It's "wicked" good.

aren't you so glad you got the camera? your shots are lovely.

sounds as if the end-of-year madness has caught up with you, too. this time of year rivals christmastime with the insanity, huh?

if you cut the lexapro in half, do it slowly! i don't wanna see any wigged-out posts! :)
